Services Update Q1, 2009

Tiandi Energy has now completed a number of projects for E&P companies in Canada and the United States that demonstrate our technical capabilities across disciplines and have delivered real cost benefits to our customers.  We have outlined these below for your review:
Economic analysis of US oil and gas reserves in 7 of the United States
WCSB log analysis including QA/QC and population into project database
Creation of an information source (database) for global CBM exploration and production plays
Capital and operating cost analysis for 5 international O&G projects (onshore & offshore) in Africa, Middle East and S.E. Asia
Reservoir engineering services as part of a global team helping a large South American operator develop an unconventional gas play

a.

Engineering services; data management, geological mapping, analyzing static/dynamic reservoir data, production and BHP data, updating reservoir simulations, reserves estimation, post fracture performance evaluations, and field development planning/well placement
Geophysical, geological & reservoir analysis for a SE Saskatchewan Operator

a.

Project objective: geologically map a SE Saskatchewan play focusing on 2 primary zones, mapping includes structure, pay, net pay, total net pay isopachs, stratigraphic correlation & seismic, and horizontal well analysis as if the reservoir was being simulated, OOIP, decline analysis for reserves, recovery factor estimation
Reserves analysis project (phase 2) for a Canadian service company, assembling key reservoir parameters from historic well files as part of a reserves analysis project for a South American operator
Waterflood Simulation Study in California for an international E&P company

a.

Project objectives are to quantify the incremental response of the waterflood production wells to water injection wells, assessing sweep efficiencies and recovery factors associated with the actual waterflood, and to understand how well fracturing has affected the sweep efficiencies.  Assess the feasibility of expanding & optimizing the waterflood pilot in the structure development area, done by a series of sensitivity forecasts with the pilot model based on alternative reservoir descriptions, fluid saturations, fluid properties, well spacing, and fluid injection volumes
Provide engineering services to a North Dakota based operator to design production & injection wells (with drilling and completion operational procedures) and the required surface facilities for a waterflood development project
Deliver comprehensive wellbore construction plans for a drilling services company which includes directional path plans, BHA design recommendations based on engineering analysis with torque & drag, hydraulics reports for each hole section

In each of these projects we have significantly reduced cycle time and delivered the projects at one third the cost. With current commodity prices, we represent a cost effective alternative to keep projects moving forward and improve cost margins.
