Dr. Li is an outstanding Geologist with over 11 years operational and research experience in petroleum industry. He received his Ph.D. in Petroleum Geology (2007) from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and joined Tiandi as Project Leader. Before that, he worked in onsite operations at BP China, and led an oilfield geological research team for Sinopec. Through his work and studies, Dr Li has developed a deep understanding of geocellular modelling of ultra-low permeability reservoirs, facies analysis, and well-logging interpretation.

Li Guanghui has 13 years experience working in oil recovery. His responsibilities have included evaluating whole blocks, monitoring reservoir performance and enhancing oil recovery through thermal and microorganism driven mechanisms. He received a Master degree in Petroleum Geology from China University of Petroleum in 2005 and has published studies on behavior of Injection-Production Systems.

Wang Qingsheng, Ph.D. candidate at China University of Geosciences, has 13 years experience in leading research projects and managing high performance teams. Before joining Tiandi, he was the Deputy Director and Senior Engineer at the Geological Institute of Jianghan Oil Field, Sinopec. He graduated from Northwest University, majoring in Petroleum Geology and has received certification from Imperial College, London, on the management of International Petroleum Projects.
