In regards to the project recently completed by Tiandi Energy for Ward Williston Oil Company, I am absolutely delighted with the final results of your teams' efforts. As you recall, in order to test the customer service, technical and project management abilities of your company I offered several objectives for them to complete in reference to a carbonate water flood in the Williston Basin of North Dakota. Said objectives include:

1)	Wellbore construction design of an injector well (including completion design) that included performance metrics (days vs. depth, etc).
2)	Wellbore construction design of a producing well (including completion design) using beam pumping as the primary artificial lift system with performance metrics (days vs. depth, etc).
3)	Development of an injection and production facilities design for the planned water flood.

I felt these objectives gave your team the opportunity to view the project from both a micro and macro point of view while allowing me the opportunity to test their skills.
