To meet an urgent customer requirement, this Information Provider needed to estimate the reserves in over 1,400 fields with nearly 60,000 leases in this state in the American Southwest. With a focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to a quality on-time delivery as the highest priority, the Tiandi Engineers were able to develop a process that improved the analysis speed by a factor of 5. The customer was so impressed by the delivery of the high-quality nearly 10 days early that they rated the team as perfect in every aspect of customer satisfaction (Quality, Delivery and Cost).
